AI Solution Design Workshops

Find where AI can improve how your business works.

We work with your team to understand how your business runs, identify where AI could help, and design a practical solution around the people, processes, and systems involved.

Start with the work

  1. The friction

Where does work slow down or get repeated?

  2. The people

Who does the work, and who depends on it?

  3. The opportunity

What could change, and how would we know it helped?

Your business & the teams behind it

Start with a business problem worth solving.

Repeated admin, slow handoffs, information scattered across tools, or a customer process that depends on too much manual work. We look at how the work actually happens before deciding where AI fits.

Bring the people closest to the work.

Somebody who can set priorities, the people doing the work, and whoever looks after the relevant tools or data. In a small business that is often one person, and that is a workable room rather than a smaller version of one. We agree who needs to be there before anything is arranged.

For one team or a challenge that crosses several. No website required.

Our process

01 / Understand

Define the business problem and what a useful outcome would look like.

02 / Map

Follow the work across people, handoffs, tools, and information.

03 / Design

Choose a practical opportunity and shape the solution with your team.

04 / Test

Agree a first test, an owner, and how you’ll measure the result.

What we look at

People, processes, and systems.

  • Recurring tasks, bottlenecks, and team handoffs
  • Existing tools, information, and data constraints
  • Business value, feasibility, adoption, and risk

A useful recommendation may be a simpler workflow, clearer information, or better use of the tools you already have.

What you leave with

A solution design and a next step.

  • A clear picture of the current workflow and its bottlenecks
  • Prioritized opportunities across the teams involved
  • A solution design and a plan for testing it in practice

The plan names what to try, who needs to be involved, and what evidence would justify moving forward. Implementation and ongoing support are scoped separately.

Bring the business problem.

Tell us what you want to improve and where the work gets stuck. We’ll discuss fit, the people to involve, and the scope of a useful workshop. Scope and fees are agreed before work begins.
