Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Moore Runway operated by Emergent Labs — this website, the audit questions, and the result they produce. Using the site means you accept them.
1. What this is
The audit is a short questionnaire that returns a score, a band and a rough range on where time may be recoverable. It is a starting point for a conversation, generated from your own answers in your own browser.
2. What this is not
The result is an illustrative estimate, not professional advice. It is not financial, legal, tax, security or employment advice, and it is not a valuation. It is calculated from a handful of self-reported answers and knows nothing about your business beyond them. Check anything it surfaces against your own numbers before it changes a decision.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Any figure the audit shows — hours, money, timescales — is a modelled projection under stated assumptions, not a promise of a result. Whether any of it is achievable depends entirely on facts the audit did not ask about.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Do not scrape, republish or resell the audit or its output as your own.
- Do not submit information about other people without their knowledge.
5. Availability
This is an early-access product. It may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice, and questions may be added or reworded — which means a score produced today may not be reproducible later.
6. Intellectual property
The site, the questions, the scoring model and the wording of the results belong to Emergent Labs. The answers you type remain yours.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the result will suit any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emergent Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any business decision taken in reliance on the audit result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Privacy
What happens to your answers is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: they stay in your browser.
